1. OWNERSHIP

1.2 What is protected. The website at https://jobmerger.com (the "Website"), our care management web platform and mobile application (together, the "Platform"), and all software, source and object code, user interface designs, screen layouts, graphics, text, care plan and assessment templates, forms, reports, documentation, training materials, videos and the selection and arrangement of their content are owned by or licensed to Jobmerger Support Services Ltd ("Jobmerger", "we", "us", "our").

1.3 Legal protection. These materials are protected by copyright and database right under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997, and by the laws of other countries and international treaties.

2. TRADE MARKS

2.1 Our names. "Jobmerger" and our logos and product names are trade marks or trading names of Jobmerger Support Services Ltd. They may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not ours, or in any way likely to cause confusion or to disparage us, without our prior written permission.

2.2 Third-party marks. Other names and logos appearing on the Website or the Platform belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

3. PERMITTED USE

3.1 Website. You may view and print pages from the Website for your own information, provided you do not modify them and you keep this notice and any other proprietary notices intact.

3.2 Platform. Customers and their Authorised Users may use the Platform, its templates and documentation only as permitted by our Terms and Conditions and Mobile App Use Policy.

3.3 Templates. Customers may adapt care plan and assessment templates for use within their own organisation. They may not publish, sell or distribute our templates, or adapted versions of them, outside their organisation.

4. RESTRICTIONS

4.1 Prohibited acts. Except as permitted in Section 3 or by law, you must not copy, reproduce, republish, frame, scrape, distribute, sell, license, modify, translate, create derivative works from, decompile or reverse engineer any part of the Website or the Platform.

4.2 Lawful exceptions. Nothing in this notice restricts acts that the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 expressly permits despite any contractual restriction.

5. CUSTOMER DATA

5.1 Your content remains yours. Care records and other data that Customers and Authorised Users enter into the Platform belong to the Customer. Our rights in it are limited to those granted in our Terms and Conditions.

6. REPORTING INFRINGEMENT

6.1 If you believe we have used your work. If you believe that material on the Website or the Platform infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a notice to info@jobmerger.com including: your name and contact details; a description of the work you say has been infringed; the location of the material, including its full URL where available; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by you, your agent or the law; and a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you own the rights or are authorised to act for the owner.

6.2 Our response. We will review every notice, may contact you for further information, and will remove or disable access to material where we consider it appropriate.

6.3 If you see our work used without permission. Please tell us at the same address so that we can protect our rights.
